Your return should meet these guidelines:
- Returns are allowed on defective and damaged item(s). If your item(s) arrives damaged or defective and/or if you received the incorrect item(s), please contact Customer Service: email@example.com within 10 days of the delivery of the items.
- Shipping is refunded if the item was shipped damaged, defective or incorrectly.
- Items should be returned in original packaging and in original condition, please include any paperwork, manuals or accessories.
- If the items(s) did not arrive defaced or damaged, and is used or worn, your item(s) are not eligible for a refund or replacement.
- Credit is issued to the same method of payment for which was used to pay for the item(s).
- Please include the packing list that came with your order in your return packaging or when you visit the store.
Lace Wigs, Hair Extensions, Razors, Clipper Blades and other Blades
We do not accept returns of these items. Due to health and hygiene concerns. Lace Wigs can not be return after the lace is cut, no exceptions. If a lace wig is delivered defective, damaged or incorrect. Please contact customer service: firstname.lastname@example.org
Clipper, Clipper Blades, other Blades and Trimmer Sales are Final
All clippers and trimmers are all sales final, no refund or exchanges. We do not accept returns of these items. Due to health and hygiene concerns.
Electrical Items and Shears:
If the electrical item is defective after 60 day please email: email@example.com and a customer service rep will assist you with your exchange or return.
